Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, we deliver nationwide across South Africa.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat delivery rate of R160.00 anywhere in South Africa. Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Can I collect my order in store?
Yes, in-store collection is available. You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.

Where is Sakinah located?
Sakinah has a physical retail store in Ormonde, Johannesburg. You are welcome to visit us in store or shop online.
What are your store hours?
Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: Closed from 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM for Jumuah prayers.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with South African consumer law.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original condition and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Hygiene & Consumable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items such as bakhoor, incense, fragrances, and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, even if only partially used.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and apply only to unused, unopened items. If an exchange is not available, a refund may be offered where applicable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection of the returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
